Primary Care Physician - Medicare Advantage Focus

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage.
• Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients.
• Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education.
