The ideal candidate should have a patent background (mechanical, electromechanical, electrical), have experience with the discovery phase of litigation, analyzing patents, preparing claim charts, preparing Markman briefing; must be admitted and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.
