City : Jacksonville State : FL Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Start Date : December / Janruary24-hour in house call shifts open to having a string of 24 call shifts in a rowResponsibilities : Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care with multiple venues for gynecological surgeryFriendly collaborative environment dedicated to excellent patient care committed to ensuring providers have a work-life balanceMore days off than a typical practice and manageable call shifts with the OB / GYN team providing back-up call coverage for CNM hospitalists with the PRN pool to fill in for team vacations and extended leavesComprehensive care team to support you and your patients including LCSWs lactation education and other specialistsInnovative and integrated tech platforms to drive patient engagement and create efficiency for providersContinuing Education is incorporated into the Diana Health program.Supported by a national practice network helping to grow your practice streamline operations and support continuous quality improvement effortsQualifications : Board-certified or eligible in obstetrics / gynecologyAt least one year of experience is preferredAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB / CNM practice with strong communication and interpersonal skillsPatient-centered - valuing patient preferences / choice shared decision making and a holistic approach to careActive DEA licenseLicensed to practice in FLAbout HCA Jackson-Memorial HospitalModern full-size hospitals6 LDRP rooms 12 post-partum rooms 2 dedicated C-Section surgical suitesLevel I NICU 24x7 anesthesia coverageAverage 80 deliveries per month most times Travel : WILL COVER AIRFARE LODGING AND CAR RENTAL Shift Info : Day 5x24-Hour 07 : 00 - 07 : Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
