Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator

Location : Brooklyn, NY 11206

Job Type : Full-Time | 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)

Duration : 13 weeks

Position Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Registered Nurse – Nurse Educator to join our team. The Nurse Educator will support clinical staff development through education, mentorship, and ongoing professional training. This role requires strong clinical expertise, especially in Labor & Delivery and Medical / Surgical nursing.

Responsibilities :

• Provide education, training, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
• Develop and implement orientation and continuing education programs.
• Evaluate clinical competencies and promote evidence-based practice.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing personnel to enhance clinical performance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify learning needs and improve care delivery.
• Maintain accurate educational records and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
