In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge identity governance solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Your expertise will play a critical part in integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems, ensuring our security infrastructure remains robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity issues, implementing scalable and secure solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to deliver IAM solutions that meet business needs.
- Apply best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality code with comprehensive documentation while adhering to change management and version control standards.
- Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks to foster innovation and improvement.
- Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in developing and maintaining custom SailPoint rules using Java, BeanShell, and REST / SOAP APIs.Experience troubleshooting identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and system integrations.Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.Experience in documenting technical designs and procedures to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk, and secrets management platforms like HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms like Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM, or Okta.Knowledge of directory services including Active Directory, LDAP, and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Compensation :
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $99,000.00 to $165,000.00, which may vary based on location and the candidate’s skills and experiences. Additional compensation may include an incentive program.
