Senior Cybersecurity Identity Engineer

Cox Automotive is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. If you possess a strong background in identity governance and a knack for innovative problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge identity governance solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Your expertise will play a critical part in integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems, ensuring our security infrastructure remains robust and efficient.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity issues, implementing scalable and secure solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to deliver IAM solutions that meet business needs.
• Apply best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality code with comprehensive documentation while adhering to change management and version control standards.
• Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks to foster innovation and improvement.
• Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

Minimum Requirements :

Compensation :

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $99,000.00 to $165,000.00, which may vary based on location and the candidate’s skills and experiences. Additional compensation may include an incentive program.

The company offers a flexible vacation policy, allowing employees to take as much paid time off as their responsibilities permit.
