We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Technical Lead with extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale eCommerce implementations . The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong leadership, integration, and AI-driven CRM solution skills.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Technical Lead , you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of robust Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across enterprise eCommerce projects. You'll guide teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage AI and analytics to deliver intelligent, data-driven business outcomes.

This role requires a proven background in Salesforce architecture, hands-on technical implementation, and client engagement across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and high-quality delivery.
  • Solution Design & Development : Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on eCommerce functionalities , ensuring secure and optimized performance.
  • Project Oversight : Manage full project lifecycles-from initiation through deployment-ensuring alignment with client goals and timely delivery.
  • Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • AI & Dashboard Implementation : Utilize Salesforce AI and CRM dashboard capabilities to enhance reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Integration Development : Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs .
  • Pre-Sales Engagement : Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, technical scope estimation, and solution presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Team Collaboration : Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across technical and functional teams.
  • Client Interaction : Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations and guidance throughout project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience : Minimum 12 years in Salesforce software development , including 5+ years in the eCommerce domain and leadership-level project oversight.
  • Salesforce Expertise : Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud , with a strong eCommerce focus.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Field Service Lightning (FSL) , and Salesforce cloud product architecture.
  • Integration & Development : Strong background in application development, API integrations , and software design patterns .
  • AI Implementation : Hands-on experience incorporating AI technologies into Salesforce ecosystems to enhance automation and customer engagement.
  • Methodologies : Proficient in Agile project management practices and tools.
  • Documentation : Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation , including design specs and user guides.
  • Certifications : Relevant Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
