Job Description

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance. Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals. Assist in talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning. Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and performance management. Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and provide strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior HRBP should have : strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in an HRBP role. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
