Associate Engineer

Schedule Available : 1st shift and 2nd shift

Pay Rate : $15.00 - $15.50 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and accuracy in warehouse and production operations.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes, and recommend long-term solutions to improve performance.
• Monitor production standards, assist in training employees, and support cross-department projects.
• Help design workflow layouts, plan staffing needs, and track project progress to ensure goals and budgets are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for management review.
