Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : $350,000 annually (W-2 structure)

Collections-Based Bonus : 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Generous Performance Bonus : Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met

Sign-On Bonus : $25,000

Comprehensive Benefits Package : Full health insurance package including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with 4% company match, Employer-paid malpractice insurance

Relocation Assistance : Up to $25,000 with reimbursement

Professional Development : $5,000 annually for CE and licensing support

Paid Time Off : 4 weeks PTO annually

Qualifications

Degree : DDS / DMD with OMFS residency completion

Certifications : Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Licensure : Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina

Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
