This role designs innovative and stylish women's training footwear by combining consumer insights, design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to bring performance-driven products from concept to market.

Job Summary

This role designs innovative and stylish women's training footwear by combining consumer insights, design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to bring performance-driven products from concept to market.

location : Beaverton, Oregon

salary : $43.36 - 60.71 per hour

work hours : 8am to 5pm

education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

Design innovative women's training footwear balancing style and performance.

Collaborate across development, engineering, marketing, testing, and design functions.

Present designs in formal and informal reviews throughout project development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, science, marketing, testing, sustainability, materials, costing).

Work with various design groups (product, materials, color, graphics, computational).

Report to the Senior Design Director and align with functional leaders across the organization.

Skills

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator.

Able to build accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs).

strong sketching, rendering, and illustration skills.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

Cobbling / prototyping and 3D design experience is a plus.

Knowledge of sustainable design / manufacturing is a plus.

Experienced with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.).

Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience / training.
