We’re growing and we’re looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful impact.

About the BCBA Role

As part of our clinician-led team, the BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. You’ll lead a small group of RBTs, collaborate closely with families, and ensure every child receives thoughtful, data-driven, and ethical support.

This is an opportunity to practice ABA the way it was meant to be delivered with integrity, care, and manageable caseloads.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs
• Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs (max 6 per BCBA)
• Guide ABA implementation across in-home and telehealth settings
• Partner with caregivers to support meaningful skill development
• Track progress and refine goals based on data trends
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as needed
• Stay aligned with BACB ethical standards and current ABA research
