Float between PCU and ED Hold units as needed based on staffing and patient acuity. Monitor and assess patients with complex medical conditions and respond promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and perform routine patient care procedures according to established protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all hospital policies and safety standards. Requirements of the Travel PCU Float Nurse : Valid Florida / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Progressive Care Unit ED experience is NOT required Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Why Work in Fort Myers, FL ?
