Cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputees, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, neurological diseasesSpecial Procedures / Unit Details : Each patient has a care team assigned to them. A physiatrist, NP, nurse, 2 therapist (depending on need which 2 they are), and social worker. The team collaborates to create a plan for the patient. Therapy works with the pt's 3 hours a day M-F.
