Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional observations / reviews, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting dietary information about residents under the supervision of the Registered / Licensed Dietitian. Refers residents to the Registered / Licensed Dietitian as appropriate, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures.

Education

Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
