Job Description :

We are currently in need of a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-performing team in a 16-bed unit. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. As an ICU RN, you will care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and complex interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care needs.
• Monitor and respond to critical changes in patients’ vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and procedures.
• Advocate for patients, ensuring safety and dignity at every stage of care.
