First year salary guarantee will be based on 0-10 years of experience and 0.8 FTE : $114,999.00 - $135,233.00 Washington state has no personal income tax. Select from one of three health and medical benefits plans to suit your personal needs. Two retirement savings accounts, matching and base contributions in the 403(b) & 401(a), and an optional third 457(f) plan for those who qualify. A dedicated medical director of clinician wellness. DAX – An ambient intelligent scribe solution to assists with completing ambulatory notes. Vendor relationships that provide free coaching, counseling, and concierge services.
