About the role
The Practice Manager drives operational excellence, sales, and profits using Derma Health systems and processes in their assigned location.
Direct Reports : Providers, Aestheticians, Front desk Administrators
What you"ll do
Coach and mentor clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience while achieving or exceeding sales and profit goals.
Achieve maximum productivity through effective scheduling (staff and patient) and team leadership to ensure all team members meet and / or exceed productivity goals.
Adhere to Derma Health systems, standards, and state regulations.
Conduct consultations following Derma Health guidelines.
Maintain an optimal customer experience, which results in long-term retention of patients. Resolve patient issues promptly according to Derma Health guidelines. Identify trends and anticipate needed changes.
L ead the team in flawlessly executing all sales strategies and tactics :
Execute outbound call campaigns, e.g., Brilliant Distinctions, unused services, etc.
Plan and execute clinic events to drive revenue
Identify opportunities for increased revenue
Manage referral program
Successfully communicate and execute on monthly promotions
Ensure all HR policies are followed, e.g., labor laws, handbook procedures, etc. Maintain a proper staffing level with minimal voluntary churn.
Manage performance using performance management tools providing guidance and feedback to the team. Develop and deliver performance reviews to all team members (e.g., 90-day, annual).
When necessary develop Performance Improvement Plans holding team members accountable to standards.
Be the clinic Derma Health culture role model and ensure that all team members act accordance with the cultural parameters.
Ensure all new hires complete their appropriate training before providing service to patients, through coaching, identify ongoing training needs.
Manage and support communication from Corporate meetings and integrate changes.
Plan and conduct daily huddles and monthly clinic meetings.
Complete all reports and administrative duties on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years in management and sales experience, including :
Proven ability to motivate a team to achieve goals
Driving sales and profit execution
Experience in the medical services or retail industry preferred
