What You’ll Do :

As an LPN in this setting, you'll play a vital role in administering medications, monitoring patient health, and supporting the overall well-being of residents. Required Skills :

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania

Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Knowledge of best practices in resident care and safety protocols

Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience :

Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Pennsylvania

Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC / SNF settings

Previous experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Other Requirements :

Ability to commute to Punxsutawney, PA

CPR and first aid certifications

Ability to commit to the 8-week duration of the assignment

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
