Job Description :

• Manage daily operations of the infusion and IV therapy department
• Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Coordinate patient services and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee department scheduling, budgeting, and supply management
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal standards
• Provide hands-on patient care when needed
• Lead training and professional development for nursing staff
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Clinical Services
