Sr.Financial Analyst, Senior QCT OpEx Finance

RandD Finance Manager

Exceptional opportunity to work in QCT Finance and manage RandD headcount and expense reporting for the Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech business units. The position will be responsible for the consolidation of RandD actuals and forecasts by project and group, as well as the allocation of headcount and expense targets to groups and business units. Monthly and quarterly responsibilities will include variance analysis, financial reporting, and management-level presentations. Other duties include performing ad hoc analysis and proactively improving business processes that impact finance. Successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to manage various projects and deliverables. Responsibilities will provide candidate the opportunity to work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance business unit teams, in addition to QCTs Engineering Planning Roadmap. The role will consist of extensive Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau use for projects and presentations. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, be someone that produces an accurate work product, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications : Ideal candidate will have prior work experience in the wireless / telecommunications industry. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Strict attention to detail. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment. Tableau and Cognos TM1 (or similar) experience is preferred. Proficient use of the following : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Analytical Tools and frameworks.

Education Requirements : Bachelors in finance, Business Administration or Economics.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masters = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
