Unit Overview : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse array of patients, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation and tumor resectionsSpinal surgeries (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokesHigh-volume cervical and spinal surgery patientsWhat You'll Do :

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient careRespond promptly to significant changes in patient conditionsCoordinate interdisciplinary discharge plans for patientsEnsure patient safety and report any safety eventsParticipate in quality improvements and professional developmentDemonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the teamLicensure Required : Current RN license in the state you practice, and BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHA.
Education Required : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Experience Required : At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
