LPN Certification Virginia State LPN License CPR / BLS Certification Ability to build rapport with patients. Compassionate and caring demeanor. Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients. Provide basic patient care and treatment. Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications. Educate and update patients on medical treatments. Resume Valid ID Social Security Card Virginia LPN License CPR / BLS Voided Check / Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll 2 Reference Letters / References to call TB Test (PPD / QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months Covid Vaccination Card or Proof of exemption
