Job descriptionProvide skilled nursing care to participants per facility policies and regulations. Assist with exams, testing, treatments, and provider orders. Triage participant and staff calls; schedule outside appointments as needed. Administer medications, monitor compliance, and educate on self-administration. Document care, maintain medical records, and update nursing care plans. Provide health counseling and education to participants and families. Supervise LPNs, MAs, and CNA staff; ensure clinic supplies are maintained. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and comply with all policies and regulations. 3 years + RN experience. Geriatric Nursing experience highly preferred. AHA BLS. CO or multistate RN license in good standing. Clean BG upon hire.

- $50 / hour.
- $75 / hour overtime.
- Monday - Friday.
- No weekends or holidays!
