Job descriptionTranslate business requirements into technical designs and Salesforce solutions. Create design blueprints technical specifications and risk assessments. Implementation & Integration Ensure adherence to best practices for development and governance. Oversee data migration and integration with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs. Quality Assurance & Optimization Maintain system scalability security and compliance standards. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Provide technical guidance and training for end-users Technical Expertise SOQL SQL JavaScript HTML CSS. Integration tools and APIs (REST / SOAP). Data modeling and security best practices. Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures for complex projects.
Lead technical teams during Salesforce implementation and integration projects.
Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Mentor developers and administrators.
Required Skills
Salesforce Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components.
10 years in Salesforce architecture and development.
Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects.
