• Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Lead by example
• Manage commercial electrical projects while also performng hands on job duties
• Read commercial blueprints, wiring plans, and schematics
• Supervise helpers and ensure proper training
• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and jobsite safety
• Handle material planning and jobsite organization
• Qualifications :
• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and codes
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and execute on hand job duties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
