Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills? Pangeatwo is partnering with a highly respected, established insurance firm to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional looking to launch or advance their career in the insurance industry. You will be providing critical support to Account Managers and Producers, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier client service.

Job Duties :

• Assist in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Act as a key contact for client inquiries, providing basic policy information, and efficiently directing complex issues to senior staff.
• Review applications and accurately compile renewal certificates.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of client records within the agency's management systems (AMS).
• Provide support for Account Managers by preparing proposals, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and fulfilling various client service needs.
