Wiers is seeking a Master Onsite Mobile Diesel Technician who thrives on complex challenges and loves developing others. You\'ll lead critical repairs on diesel engines, trucks, and heavy equipment right at customer locations while mentoring the next generation of technicians. We Make #TRUCKSROLL!

What You\'ll Master (Responsibilities)

Lead critical repairs on diesel engines, trucks, and heavy equipment at customer locations
Perform complex field diagnostics and multi-engine troubleshooting
Manage diverse equipment and coordinate service activities
Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians
Operate and utilize advanced equipment and mobile service units
Coordinate service logistics to minimize customer downtime

Success Profile / Qualifications

Required Foundation : High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver\'s License (CDL Preferred); Minimum 5 years heavy-duty Class 8 truck experience; Proven mobile / field service operations experience; Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Certifications : ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A / C, Electrical, Electronics; ASE Master Mechanic Certification

Compensation & Benefits

$38-$43 / hour based on experience
