Position Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Wage : $22.00 - $26.00 / hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person and over the phone
  • Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services
  • Assist customers who purchase and / or pick up merchandise
  • Process sales orders generated at the sales counter

Requirements for Bilingual Customer Service Representative :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience in construction industry preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Able to identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, and close the sale
  • Able to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Reliable transportation
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of product lines
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Previous building supply or sales experience is a plus
