Junior-Account Executive

Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP, assisting with month-end close processes, and supporting internal reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking an open-minded and technically skilled professional who is eager to drive continuous improvement in our accounting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Adopt organizations values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Support AP and AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
