Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies, AVM surgeries, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients from our Comprehensive Stroke Program, including hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver coordinated, evidence-based patient care through the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to improving patient experience across the healthcare continuum.Why Join Us?

Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Education and Experience Requirements :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
