CRC Group Trainer Position
This is a remote role; however, due to in person presentations successful candidates must live on the West coast and travel throughout NorCal and Colorado. The role is responsible for managing the broker experience throughout the new build and renewal process. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical training and support, and analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate technology solutions. The Trainer will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain a high level of customer service. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you're part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.

The annual base salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00.
