Key Responsibilities

Reviewing fan activity on official US TV network social accounts and moderating comments and messages

Analyzing fan sentiment and moderating fan-written movie reviews on a high-traffic app

Providing technical support to users and monitoring app store reviews

Required Qualifications

Experience using various social media platforms

Experience with content management systems

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Ability to work well within a team

A love of TV shows
