Position Overview

Are you passionate about relationship-building and making a positive impact in the healthcare community The Hospital Liaison / Marketer will play a vital role in fostering partnerships with local hospitals and healthcare providers. You will work directly with these facilities to ensure smooth patient transitions to our facility while representing The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing as a trusted care provider. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building & Outreach

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals physicians and healthcare providers.
• Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Represent our facility at community events health fairs and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.
