Hospital Pharmacist

Hospital Pharmacist - Travel Position

Location : Wichita Falls, TX

Job Type : Travel Contract

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 5x8s, Weekdays with every third weekend required

Pay : $2681 / week

Required Certifications & Competencies

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Required as applicable
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy) - Required as applicable
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Required as applicable
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) - Required as applicable
• ENPC - Required as applicable
• NIH Stroke Certification - Required as applicable
• Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam - Must meet or exceed passing score
• Competency Exam - Must meet or exceed passing score
• Tech Cert Verification (National) - Required within 30 days of start
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement - Required, update annually
• State License Verification - Required within 30 days of start
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) - Required within 30 days of start
