Lead a multi-disciplinary team through a transformative phase, integrating cutting-edge automation and mechanical systems (aiming for 3x growth over next 5 years). This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader ready to shape the future of a $160M platform.

Anticipated Pay / Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $180K-$220K
  • Bonus : 5-10% of base salary (tied to performance / EBITDA)

Responsibilities :

  • Unify engineering teams across multiple sites, driving standardization and scalability.
  • Develop a configurable product platform blending mechanical and controls automation.
  • Oversee R&D for next-gen systems, improving margins and lead times.
  • Partner with operations and sales to enhance throughput and customer ROI.
  • Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation and accountability.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • 10+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing or OEM settings.
  • Strong controls engineering expertise (e.g., Rockwell, Ignition).
  • Proven success scaling teams or integrating acquisitions.
  • Strategic thinker with a sense of urgency and problem-solving drive.
