APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a

• Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day : 5-10%
• Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day : Less than 5%
• Trauma Level / Designation : 1
• Total Number of Beds : 17
• Transfer % : 4.94%
• 24,500-25,500 Annual Volume
• Fast track in ED? No
• EMR : Meditech
• 12 hour shifts for providers.
• Board Requirements (Specify : ABEM, AOBEM, AAPS) : ABEM, AOBEM, FM, IM - not accepting truly BE
• Certification Requirement - BLS, ACLS, ATLS, TNCC
• OH state License - REQUIRED
• Must have 2+ years of recent experience
• 45-60 days credentialing timeline
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
