$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift : 4, 8-hour shifts + PACU call 1-2 times / month

As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, the nurse contributes professional knowledge and clinical expertise in the delivery and management of care for patients and their families. Nurses maintain a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code of Ethics, the UnityPoint Health Philosophy of Nursing, and the Professional Nurse Practice Model, working collaboratively with all caregivers.

The Ambulatory Unit provides pre-operative and post-operative care for patients of all ages undergoing surgical procedures. Nurses perform thorough assessments, prepare patients for surgery, and deliver detailed discharge instructions to support safe recovery at home. All nurses are certified in BLS and ACLS, ensuring the highest standard of care throughout every phase of the perioperative process. The unit operates Monday through Friday with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, offering a consistent and balanced work schedule.
