Job Summary

This position provides technical support of assigned clinical and / or financial applications aligned with UC Davis Health goals. This position is responsible for life cycle management of clinical and / or financial applications supported by IT and will oversee day to day operations as well as project support for these applications.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position

• Must possess a valid California Driver's license
• Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies / procedures, and / or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
• Associate or bachelor's degree in health sciences, information technology, computer science, or related area; and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and / or financial practices and principles.
• Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness.
• Demonstrated ability to develop workflows and integrate technology into clinical, financial or operational workflows.
• Proficient in office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets, visual presentation, etc.).
• Demonstrates interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals to secure and / or provide information to clarify situations, resolve problems.
• General project management skills, planning, purchasing, documentation, installation, tracking, and acceptance and problem resolution.
