Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our team.

This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

The BSA will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering, Analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
• Salesforce Solution Design Configure and customize Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage and optimization.
• Project Execution Support end-to-end project lifecycle requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers' administrators.
• Prepare and present status reports and solution documentation. Data Process Management Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
