Major Duties
Fidium is a top 10 U.S. fiber provider, turning technology into solutions that are backed by exceptional customer support and we are rapidly expanding. This exciting Senior Account Executive position is well suited for sales professionals with a successful track record in technology sales. The Sales Executive's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to State and Local Government and Education customers. The Sales Executive brings strong leadership to the Customer engagement and uses resources within Fidium to solve customer problems with appropriate solutions.

- Annual Revenue - Achievement / exceed quota targets for both New Revenue and Renewals
- Ability to properly articulate Fidiums' products and services to existing base of customers and prospects
- Develop and support key relationships with new and current customers, and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage customer relationships by consulting with customers and creating short and long-term technology roadmaps; keep customers informed about product enhancements and new functionality.
- Responsible for account management, account support, and opportunity development, while maintaining an active sales funnel
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan.
- Influence and respond to RFI's, RFP and appropriate customer requests
- Accurately forecast opportunities
- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis for customer meetings and events.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
3+ years Direct sales experience, preferably in large & enterprise business sales. Telecommunications and / or Government sales experience a plusProven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue quota and territory growthExceptional verbal and written communications, and presentation skills requiredExperience in CRM using SalesForce a plusComputer proficiency required, including use of Word, Excel, and PowerPointValid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving recordBenefits Offered
