What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with donors who share our vision for a better future.
- Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and lead strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Partner with leadership and curatorial teams to align fundraising with exhibitions, programs, and capital campaigns.
- Create personalized donor experiences-from private tours to behind-the-scenes engagements-that deepen connections to our mission.
- Drive planned giving initiatives and help grow a robust pipeline of future supporters.
What We're Looking For
A passion for the arts, culture, and sustainability.Proven success in nonprofit fundraising and major gift cultivation (2–5 years preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high-net-worth individuals.Ability to think strategically, act collaboratively, and inspire generosity.Deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, including donor motivations and giving trends.Why Join Us?
