The Role : We're seeking a Team Lead to oversee a high-performing group responsible for completing a large volume of daily tasks with tight turnaround times. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and composure. You'll be accountable for maintaining workflow efficiency, troubleshooting challenges in real-time, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a task-driven team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld
• Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively based on urgency, team capacity, and impact
• Monitor workflows and adjust strategies as needed to meet daily and weekly goals
• Serve as the first point of escalation for time-sensitive issues and troubleshoot on the fly
• Support team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Track key performance metrics and report progress to leadership regularly
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity
