Work Schedule : 24-hour call 7 am - 7 am

Call Schedule : 24-hour call schedule

Inpatient or Outpatient : Clinic and 24-hour on-call

Staffing Mix : 3 APPs, 2 office-based RNS, 4 perfusionists

Background Experience : CT Surgery & 24-hour call; Must be comfortable with TAVR and Mitraclip procedures

Certifications required : BC, CT Surgery, BLS, ACLS

Credentialing Requirements / Timeframe : 60 days
