Safety Coordinator

Job Overview The Safety Coordinator plays a critical role within the Compliance and Safety team alongside the Operations Department.

The primary responsibility of the Safety Coordinator is to facilitate safety-related activities such as training, drills, emergency response planning, and daily safety management.

Acting as a liaison between departments, the Safety Coordinator ensures that safety protocols, policies, and procedures are consistently followed across all project phases.

Reporting directly to the Safety Officer, the Safety Coordinator will monitor safety performance, address concerns, conduct audits, and track / resolve safety incidents through safety tickets.

This role involves ensuring the job sites and our workplace is safe for all employees, identifying safety hazards, and contributing to continuous safety improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety Program Support : Assist in the implementation and communication of corporate and client-specific safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry best practices.

Training & Drills :

Safety Audits & Monitoring :

Apply a 5x5 Risk Matrix approach to evaluate and prioritize risks based on likelihood and impact.
