Product Design Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Design to lead product design efforts within the Product Experience team. Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Define and drive design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders Own and evolve the design vision for products, ensuring visual excellence and usability Required Qualifications : 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Demonstrated success in designing and shipping large-scale products across web and mobile Exceptional UI design skills with a strong eye for visual detail and interaction patterns Advanced proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility standards Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
