We are seeking a MES Functional Consultant – Business Analyst to support our client, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and optimize business processes using MES tools—particularly Siemens MES. What You'll Do : Work closely with business and technical teams to design and optimize manufacturing execution processes Gather and synthesize business requirements and translate them into functional specs Lead workshops to define process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and align technology strategies Support business model strategy and cross-functional decision-making Deliver solutions that apply across multiple functional and technical teams Key Skills : Strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), especially Siemens MES Experience with Digital Manufacturing & Operations Business Process Design, Requirements Gathering, and Process Optimization Familiarity with Business Process Analysis tools and Business Model Strategy Qualifications : 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing consulting or IT business analysis Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in or with high-tech or semiconductor environments a plus
