Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Swedesboro, NJ. (M-F)

Job Title

This is a MondayFriday position with a rotating Saturday schedule (approximately 12 times per month). The role oversees a team of 1012 employees and operates on a shift from 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM. Flexibility for extended hours may be required during peak seasons.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by providing clear direction, performance feedback, and effective training to drive productivity and engagement.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory organization, and accurate stock management to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Strategically plan production schedules and allocate resources to meet operational goals while maintaining detailed records of time and output.
• Generate and share operational reports with key stakeholders to keep performance metrics visible and actionable.
• Monitor key warehouse functions such as sales activity, inventory control, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability and support business needs.
