Shift : Monday-Friday 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM; rotating weekday call 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM; weekend 24-hour call as needed

Start Date : ASAP (end of September or early October)

End Date : 6-month initial commitment with opportunity to extend

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adults (typical for general anesthesia)

Setting : Hospital 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (MaineHealth Waldo Hospital)

Responsibilities : Provide full-scope anesthesia services; participate in rotating call coverage; ensure high-quality patient care

Required Procedures : General Anesthesia (no specific advanced procedures listed)

EMR System : Epic

Support Staff : Collaborative hospital team; full OR support staff

Days Per Month : Full-time schedule Monday Friday plus call coverage

On-Call / Weekends : Rotating weekday call and weekend 24-hour call as needed

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified REQUIRED

Active ME License or Active IMLC REQUIRED

Malpractice must be included in bill rates REQUIRED

Availability to start ASAP and commit for at least 6 months REQUIRED
