Job description

Corporate Associate (4–8 Years' Experience)

Location : Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

Compensation : $230,000–$280,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Associate to join its M&A Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a collaborative team that values excellence, innovation, and a balanced lifestyle.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including :

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Private equity transactions
  • General corporate counseling
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
