Enterprise Architect (Dallas)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of a modern data platform for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, cloud data platforms (Snowflake), and analytics modernization , along with a strong understanding of CRE business processes (property, facility, and project management).

This role involves defining the end-to-end data architecture blueprint , ensuring alignment between business strategy, data governance, and technology implementation , and guiding engineering teams toward a scalable, metadata-driven, and AI-ready data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and own the enterprise data architecture blueprint for the CRE data platform on Snowflake .
• Design data ingestion, transformation, and consumption frameworks across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
• Establish architecture principles, reference models, and standards for data modeling, orchestration, and data governance.
• Align architecture decisions with business capabilities such as asset management, investor relations, and facility management.
• Align data architecture with facility management business capabilities facility operations, occupancy analytics, maintenance, energy, and sustainability.
